UAE VISA

General Conditions

• This visa is valid for single entry only.
• Validity to enter the UAE is usually 60 days from the date of visa issuance.
• The stay duration is 30 days from the date of entry into the UAE.
• This visa is for tourism or leisure purposes only and not valid for employment or residency.

Required Documents

• A passport copy (valid for at least 6 months).
• A passport-sized photograph (white background).
• Proof of travel itinerary or hotel booking (if required).
• Additional documents may be requested for verification.

Processing Time

• Normal processing time: 2 to 4 working days.
• Express processing (if available) may take 6–24 hours with an additional fee.

Visa Fees & Refunds

• Visa fees are non-refundable, even if:
• The visa is rejected.
• The visa is approved but unused.
• You cancel your trip after approval.
• Additional service fees may apply.

Overstay Penalty

• Overstaying beyond 30 days without extension will result in fines:
• AED 50–100 per day (subject to immigration rules).
• Additional charges may apply for exit permits or overstay clearance.

Visa Extension

• The visa may be extended for an additional 30 days, twice, without exiting the country, subject to approval and additional fees.

Rejection Reasons

• UAE Immigration reserves the right to reject applications without explanation.
• Common reasons for rejection include:
• Previous overstay records.
• Incomplete or incorrect documents.
• Security or legal concerns.

Responsibility

• The applicant must ensure:
• All documents submitted are correct and valid.
• Compliance with UAE laws during their stay.
• The visa sponsor or issuing agency holds no liability for:
• Immigration delays or decisions.
• Missed flights or bookings due to visa delays.

Immigration Control

• Final approval and entry are at the sole discretion of UAE Immigration officers.
• Entry may be denied despite having an approved visa.
