Customized Experiences
All bespoke or tailor-made tour bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment. These bookings are subject to specific supplier terms and availability.
Cancellation Before 72 Hours
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour date may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting any supplier, ticket, or administrative charges).
Cancellation Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date are non-refundable due to prior arrangements, bookings, and resource commitments.
No Show Policy
If the guest fails to attend the experience at the confirmed time, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the amount will be charged.
Changes or Modifications
Any request for date change, timing adjustment, or itinerary modification is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of force majeure events (such as government restrictions, severe weather, or supplier cancellation), My Safar Tours will offer rescheduling or credit at its discretion.
