Includes/Excludes

- Access to all four main zones: Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure, and IMG Boulevard.
- Unlimited access to the rides and attractions (height restrictions or age/height‑based rules apply).
- Live shows, entertainment zones, meet & greets as per the park schedule.

- Food, snacks, drinks, and beverages inside the park.
- Souvenirs, photos, retail items / gift shop purchases.
- Lockers, stroller rental, or other equipment hire.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Special events or attractions that require separate admission (e.g. premium shows / special seasonal events) may not be covered by Fast‑Track or General tickets.
- Attractions with age, height, or health restrictions (pregnant visitors, those with medical conditions) may be excluded from certain rides.
Non-Cancellation Policy for Online Generated Tickets
No Cancellation / No Refund
Once an online ticket has been booked and generated through My Safar Tours website or authorized platforms, it is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable
Tickets issued online are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, reissued, or altered to another name, date, or service.
Booking Confirmation
Customers are advised to carefully review all booking details (tour date, time, number of guests, and inclusions) before confirming payment. Once generated, the ticket will be considered final.
No Show Policy
Failure to show up at the designated date, time, or meeting point will result in the ticket being marked as a no-show. No refund, rebooking, or credit will be provided.
Exceptional Cases
Only in cases of force majeure (such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or unforeseen closures by service providers), My Safar Tours reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative solution at its sole discretion.
Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the accuracy of all information entered during booking. My Safar Tours will not be liable for errors that result in the ticket being unusable.
