No Cancellation / No Refund
Once an online ticket has been booked and generated through My Safar Tours website or authorized platforms, it is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable
Tickets issued online are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, reissued, or altered to another name, date, or service.
Booking Confirmation
Customers are advised to carefully review all booking details (tour date, time, number of guests, and inclusions) before confirming payment. Once generated, the ticket will be considered final.
No Show Policy
Failure to show up at the designated date, time, or meeting point will result in the ticket being marked as a no-show. No refund, rebooking, or credit will be provided.
Exceptional Cases
Only in cases of force majeure (such as government restrictions, natural disasters, or unforeseen closures by service providers), My Safar Tours reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative solution at its sole discretion.
Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the accuracy of all information entered during booking. My Safar Tours will not be liable for errors that result in the ticket being unusable.
