Musandam Dibba Tour in Dubai – Important Information

• Prior permission is required to enter Dibba Musandam. Our team will request your passport and visa details to apply for the necessary approval.
• Please note: permission processing takes at least 3 working days (72 hours) for UAE residents and 24 hours for tourists. Kindly share the details within this time frame.
• Guests must carry their original passport during the tour.
• An Emirates ID (valid for more than 3 months) and passport (valid for more than 6 months) are mandatory.
• Guests should bring their own swimwear and fishing gear.
• Transfers are arranged based on the selected option.
• Pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers may shift by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
• If you opt out of transfers, you must report to the cruise location at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Luggage is not allowed during any activity.
• No refund will be provided for partially used services. If a guest fails to show up at the scheduled time, a 100% no-show fee will be charged by the provider.
• Timings may vary in case of bad weather or sea conditions.
• Shared transfers are offered from Deira, Bur Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road up to Marina.
• Eating, drinking, or smoking inside transfer vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Banana boat rides and deep-sea fishing are subject to weather conditions.
