Dubai Mall Kidzania Important Information
- Adults are allowed entry only if they are accompanying at least 1 child and have a valid ticket.
- Adults can relax at the parent’s Lounge while their child is doing the activities.
- Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
- Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- Outside food & beverages are not allowed in the Kidzania Premises. You can buy food and drinks from any of the outlets available inside the Kidzania Premises.
- This tickets will valid only on weekdays (Monday – Friday).
