Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation (Before 12 Hours)
Guests may cancel their booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellation (Within 10–12 Hours)
Cancellations made within 10–12 hours of the tour start time will incur a 100% cancellation charge, and no refund will be applicable.
No Show Policy
If the guest fails to join the tour at the confirmed time and location, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Operational Delays or Unforeseen Events
In case of unforeseen operational issues or weather conditions, My Safar Tours reserves the right to reschedule or refund the booking at its discretion.
