Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation (Before 24 Hours)
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 100% of the booking amount (non-refundable).
No Show Policy
If the guest fails to show up at the airport or at the designated pick-up point at the confirmed time, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Flight Delay or Change
Guests are responsible for providing updated flight details in case of delays or changes. Failure to inform My Safar Tours at least 3 hours in advance may result in a no-show charge.
Company Rights
My Safar Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen operational issues, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
